The owner's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in his exceptional hospitality - accommodating us well beyond regular check-in hours and ensuring that all our needs were met. The room we stayed in was comfortable and meticulously clean, with modern amenities like a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a flat-screen TV. While we didn't have the chance to enjoy the outdoor facilities like the pool and garden, they seemed perfect for longer stays or relaxation after a day of exploring the Carpathian Mountains. Poarta Zaganului strikes a balance between luxury and affordability, offering an array of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a bar/lounge area, all within a serene countryside setting. The personalized touch of the landlord, Andrei, further enhanced our experience, making this eco-friendly mountain lodge a top choice for travelers seeking quality accommodation at a reasonable price.
